The Point of a Pint -

We both explore the discourse of a pint. What does it mean to get a pint? To share a pint? To have a pint on your own?

We both have a connection to ‘the pint’ that stems beyond the realms of your average ‘pint n pal’ pub visiter.

We work with our laptops and uni readings to a pint. We think to a pint. We have emergency meetings to pints. We make life changing decisions over a pint. We recouperate over a pint.

We both do a lot of our soul searching, and our personal growth - over a pint we share with ourselves only. Frequenting the pubs on our own.

The idea of a pint can be working class, can be trashy: we own that. We are that.

• The moment time stands still: never to be taken for granted - as you take the first sips of the pint you craved all day long: the freshening coolness enters, whilst worries and strife exit.

• A moment alone, with or without your thoughts… things become clear, or indeed, shadowed.

• Grab the balls by the stick… or something like that…

‘Trash Baby’

• The mighty inner trash baby monster seeks all your beauty in all your darkest places. See’s and feels the glam in everything darling. Don’t fuck with the trash baby, cause she has accessories for days.
